Ok. Let me just say that 3 pages into this I felt that my intelligence was being insulted, it took me a second to realize what the problem was: it was like reading a children’s book (aside from the content, of course). The reading level felt like it was for third grade, every single sentence short, and the chapters… oh… my… gosh. Never before have I read a book that had such short chapters, well, since I was in third grade, anyway. Every time you would start to get into it a bit, there was the end of the chapter. Some of them were literally less than 2 pages long! It was absolutely ridiculous! I felt like I was getting stupider by the minute.
The story itself was good, though, the plot flowed nicely and it was an ok read. However, I just feel like this one was written more for a screen play than a novel. Eh, if you like something you can read 2 pages on during a pee break, then awesome, if not, head for something a bit more in depth.
