Then after all of that I had to call in again about the overage charges because they did not take them off the bill like they were supposed to. The bill for just a few days was $70-something and when I called in and got them to take care of it, the total went to $12.39. And we still don't have the discount yet. Still haven't had a chance to get into a store when they are open. Ugh. I know right? Ever since I switched from Verizon (terrible as well) I haven't had these kind of experiences and I am forever grateful. For the most part, our cell phone company is fantastic and I don't say that lightly. 19% IS enough to worry about and I can understand why you went through the headache, but wouldn't it be nice if it wasn't a headache?
