So today I had to get fitted for my bridesmaid dress for my sister’s wedding that’s in June. I tried the dress on last week to get a feel and I was really discouraged. But now that the top has been pinned where they’re going to take it in, I feel better, it was way too big for me. However, while I am no longer calling the dress “The Purple Nightmare,” I don’t feel so great about the money I’m dropping, haha. So far I’ve figured up that between mine and Elijah’s clothing (he’s the ring bearer), I’m running at $414. I’m probably forgetting something, too. Oh, well. This just means she’d better love me. :P

When I pulled out my shoes, the lady said, “Oh! You’re going to be comfortable all day!” Haha.
I don’t wear heels. I haven’t since before Elijah came along, it’s just not me, not to mention I don’t usually have an occasion to anyway. My sister doesn’t care what shoes we wear anyway, so I went looking last week at Payless because, heck, why spend a lot of money, seriously? And I found these uber cute shoes that I’d be able to wear after the wedding, too (unlike the ones I wore in my wedding, never to be worn again). They’re by American Eagle, I didn’t know they sold those at Payless… Anyway, the size I usually wear was too big, so they checked in other stores and found them either an hour north or an hour south of me. Since I have two sister-in-laws an hour south, one of them went over and picked them up for me. Payless gave me a coupon too, for the inconvenience, so I had that scanned at the church (since I wasn’t going home for a while), emailed it to my sister-in-law who promptly printed it out and got my shoes for way cheaper than I would have spent up here. So thar ya go.

Bird's Nest Um… nests. Yes. There’s a nest on my kitchen table, in a freezer bag. It’s pretty cool, actually. The best constructed one I’ve ever gotten to hold, haha. Someone or something knocked it off the light it was on and the birds had already built another one in its place. I guess the ugly building across the street is good for something, it houses at least four bird’s nests right now on the light fixtures. And now, science class, here we come!

Dentist. Ugh. Yeah I finally got in there today. My gums still hurt. It’s been a long time. But, I was told, they look pretty good (and they expected worse) considering how long it’s been. But I do have some cavities to get taken care of and duh, I do have to get my wisdom teeth out. Yes, some of you may remember me talking about my wisdoms on here years ago. Nope, still haven’t done it. I don’t put myself in situations of surgery unless forced.

So yeah, I forgot what else I was saying and now I’m tired. Too tired to stay here and wait for this last website to finish uploading to the new server. This particular site is 1.12 GB in size and it’s taking forever. And, no, I still haven’t figured out how to get the move with SSH to work. Sorry about that. :) Fortunately, I saved this one for last…
