hmmm… what?
This morning I went and got a good workout with my friend. We worked it hard and are going to do it every week, maybe twice, depending on schedules. Surprisingly, right afterward, my blood pressure was good, too; so yay!
They had some video they’d taken and afterwards asked me if I would help them put it all together with some music and intro, etc. We had a lot of fun and it turned out great, especially when considering we had to use Windows Movie Maker!! Take a look:

That’s the spirit! Now… to STICK with it… heheh, I’m so bad at actually sticking with a workout plan.. speaking of which, I’m starved. The video looks good!

I’ve been running 6 miles a day and I’m hoping to see results soon! I want to do kick boxing because I bet it is INTENSE!
