You'll probably go into court all day, never be called, and get to go home. Bring a book. And they only pay like $25 for your time... so, yeah, that sucks. My grandfather used to get out of jury duty by saying he was a racist even though he wasn't. He was also a real tough guy... I wouldn't recommend that for you. LOL! I'd hate to have to do jury service. Where I live, anyone over 18 can potentially be called up at any time, although I don't know of anyone in my immediate family who has ever been called up.
