At first glance, sad to say, it appears you might be topless. But seriously, I wouldn't worry about it. Don't change the picture, and don't be put off by folks like that. You just have to know it's his problem and not anything you've done. A lovely face is NOT an invitation. Inspite of the image our society paints. I'm not in favor of forced modesty, but our culture could sure learn to appreciate the value of a little bit. Thanks for being such a person that it does bother you though.
