		<description>A question: How come many restaurants serve tortillas that are like the ones you mentioned, but many serve ones that are separate and not attached? I think the ones that are mixed are probably liked by some people out there, which is why they are still being sold.</description>

Our house goes through a lot of these too. They often substitute for sandwhich bread.
Anecdotal trivia: we call them burrito skins in our house

I&#039;m with Christine on this one. Don&#039;t see this as the beginning of a trend but the instead think of it as a small price to pay for the great week ahead.
