Every person who's in a certain department in these stores should be trained with a lot of information for that department. Even Fry's near us, which is supposed to be the mega tech store for geeks and other people, has staff that learns as they go. Not good. Now, regarding that guy at Sears who looked at Steve and didn't even talk to you; what a retard. That shows not only the bad training Sears gave him, but the bad and "Macho" training he got from his home. At least you got the tv; I hope you don't run into any problems with it and don't have to take it back. :) First of all; congratulations! 32″ sounds so cool!
