So... yay. They only sent us one letter to the both of us saying they'd found the tapes but when they lost them, they sent us each the same letter individually. I wonder if anything was recovered. I remember reading at least 5 such cases within a month of each other. Shipment going missing or laptop missing or something like those. I hope you don't have to do anything. Protecting personal identity is not easy when social security numbers go missing. That must suck. The "fishy" thing is that my dad's company used DHL, only because their clients requested it. Usually they do things UPS, but they insisted. All of the products they lost went "mysteriously missing" and now my dad's company is to blame for DHL's mistake. I hope things get sorted out. OH goodness. That must suck.
