I started my current job on a Three week project. That was like a year and a half ago or so? And when I got here my training was that they put me in a little room (seriously) with three other people, who also started on the same exact day, and then they left and we were left to figure out what to do on our own. Apparently, my "leadership" skills kicked in and I took over, figured out the basics and went on from there. lol it could be worse. I started my current job on a Three week project.
