hmmm… what?
Q: How do you explain to a two-year-old that he taped over his beloved Blue’s Clues and Dora the Explorer tape from about 00:00:03 to 05:00:00?
Just that few seconds at the beginning of the tape were enough for him to realize what it was and then freak out when it wasn’t continuing to play.
Q: How do you explain to that same toddler that now that he’s taped over his tape, he can’t watch Blue’s Clues or Dora until Monday?
A: You don’t!!
Veggie Tales to the rescue!!!

Hey, Just to let you know, I seem to be getting alerts when you get new comments on here. I know it sounds odd. I can forward the email I got to you if you want to see. Just a bit odd!

In response to Jesse’s question:
Hahaha he doesn’t!! He picks up the remotes whenever he can though and presses buttons while pointing them at the tv. I don’t think he knows necessarily why, that’s just what he sees everyone else doing.
So it would have happened while I was gone Saturday and Steve was watching him. He must have not noticed that E pressed record. And he must have pressed the tv/vcr button because he only recorded static.
Funny kid, he always grabs the remotes and runs with them while he presses buttons. He knows he’s not supposed to have them. ;-)
