hmmm… what?
Tell me, anyone else have these problems?
Most times, when starting the iPod on shuffle or picking an album or something it will skip at least one song before it starts to play. Messing with it a minute ago on shuffle it skipped five and then picking an album, it skipped all of them and returned to the menu. I don’t think it’s supposed to do that. To get it to play those songs, I have to press back at least twice.
It’s not turning on right away like it used to. I have to press buttons several times and then I get the little apple logo and I have to keep pressing buttons before it will finally come on.
I didn’t drop it or anything, so….??
I guess I’ll get on apple’s website after my shower here in a minute but I don’t guess I’m entitled to a warranty or anything since I got it from freeipods.com, am I?
Grrrrrr….

I had worse problems than that with my ipod but here are something to check for. If you haven’t listen to your ipod awhile (more than a day) charge it. And about the songe skipping, you might have to erase the entire ipod and start over. There is a program in apple.com called the updater that can help you this. If you have any question, please feel free to email my.

That’s strange, but I’m afraid I can’t help you. I’m not privileged enough to have an iPod… lol

I’m having similar problems, and to fix yours, or at least find out whats wrong with it, start by plugging your ipod into the wall outlet with your power adapter. Then, reset your ipod by turning hold on and off, then holding select and menu at the same time, until the apple appears. While the apple is on the screen, hold the select key and play/pause button at the same time until a check mark appears. Disconnect from power supply and then plug it into your computer, after making sure that itunes and everything to do with ipod is closed. If something to do with ipod at all does appear, exit the application. At this time, click Start, Programs, iPod, and Restore (assuming that you are using Windows). This will either fix it or tell you what is wrong with it.

I am having real problems with my ipod. It all started to happen randomly. One day I was listening to an album and then it started to skip about half of the song. Then I went into shuffle and the same thing was happening to all my songs. Then it just started to sort through all of the titles without playing anything. Then a couple of days later everything erased off of my computer. I reinstalled it and got my songs back on it. Then the same thing happened. I have resetted the settings using the ipod updater, but now when I plug it into the computer it frezzes it. Can anyone help?
